Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to use AI?

No. Write to the assistant as you would to a person, for example: “Issue an invoice to SIA Ziemeļu Koks for October’s work.” It prepares a draft, and you check it before posting.

Which AI assistants work?

Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants that support MCP. In the built-in chat you can use your own AI key or subscription.

Is my data safe?

Data is stored in the EU, every assistant action is logged, and nothing is posted without your confirmation.

Can my accountant join?

Yes. On the Team plan you can invite your accountant as a user with their own role.

What happens after the trial month?

You choose a plan and carry on with the same data. If you decide not to stay, you can export your bookkeeping.

Can I switch from Solo to Team?

Yes, at any time. All data stays in place.
